Every first payment on a Pro or Team plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the platform isn't right for you, email support within 7 days of the charge and we will refund 100%.

What's not covered

• Renewal charges after the first 7 days (cancel before renewal to avoid).
• Charges where the account has been suspended for terms violations.
• Any payment to a third-party IPTV provider — we are not a provider.

How to request

Send the email used for the account and the order/invoice ID to billing@iptvhelpforum.com. Refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — direct refunds are faster and cheaper for everyone.
