Refund Policy

iptvhelpforum is an independent help and setup resource — we do not host, distribute or control any TV streams. This refund policy applies to purchases made directly on iptvhelpforum.com. If you paid a third‑party IPTV provider, please refer to that provider's own refund terms; we cannot refund a charge we did not take.

7‑day money back

Every first payment on a Pro or Team plan is covered by a 7‑day money‑back guarantee. If the platform isn't right for you, email billing@iptvhelpforum.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund 100%.

What's not covered

• Renewal charges after the first 7 days (cancel before renewal to avoid).
• Charges where the account has been suspended for violations of our Terms.
• Any payment made to a third‑party IPTV provider — we are not a provider and cannot process another company's refunds.

How to request

Send the email used for the account and the order/invoice ID to billing@iptvhelpforum.com or via /contact. Refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — direct refunds are faster and cheaper for everyone.
