Setup guides

Install IPTV on any device.

Clear, step-by-step instructions for every device our customers use. Pick yours below — most setups take under 10 minutes.

Amazon Firestick / Fire TV

App: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro · ~5 minutes

  1. 01From the Firestick home screen, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and enable 'Apps from Unknown Sources'.
  2. 02Return home, search for 'Downloader' and install it.
  3. 03Open Downloader and enter the URL we provide for the Smarters / TiviMate APK, then click Go.
  4. 04Once downloaded, click Install, then Open.
  5. 05Choose 'Xtream Codes API' and enter the Username, Password and Server URL from your activation email.
  6. 06Let the EPG and channel list finish loading (1–2 minutes) and start streaming.

Android TV / Android Box / Nvidia Shield

App: TiviMate (recommended) or IPTV Smarters · ~5 minutes

  1. 01Open the Google Play Store and install TiviMate IPTV Player.
  2. 02Launch TiviMate → Add Playlist → Enter URL.
  3. 03Paste the M3U URL from your activation email.
  4. 04Wait for the playlist and EPG to load fully.
  5. 05(Optional) Buy the TiviMate Premium upgrade for catch-up and multi-playlist support.

Samsung & LG Smart TV (Tizen / webOS)

App: Smart IPTV, SET IPTV, or IBO Player · ~7 minutes

  1. 01On your TV, install 'IBO Player' (or 'SET IPTV') from the built-in store.
  2. 02Open the app and write down the MAC address shown on screen.
  3. 03Reply to your activation email with that MAC address — we'll upload your playlist to your device within 30 minutes.
  4. 04Restart the app on the TV. Your channels and EPG will appear automatically.
  5. 05Use the remote's number keys or favourites to navigate faster.

iPhone / iPad

App: IPTV Smarters Player or GSE Smart IPTV · ~3 minutes

  1. 01Install 'IPTV Smarters Player' from the App Store.
  2. 02Open the app and tap 'Add New User'.
  3. 03Choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  4. 04Enter the Username, Password and Server URL from your activation email.
  5. 05Tap Add User and your channels will load.

Apple TV (tvOS)

App: IPTV Smarters or iPlayTV · ~4 minutes

  1. 01Open the App Store on your Apple TV and install 'IPTV Smarters Player'.
  2. 02Choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  3. 03Type in the credentials from your activation email using the on-screen keyboard or Remote app.
  4. 04Wait for the EPG to load and start streaming.

MAG Box / STB Emulator

App: Built-in portal · ~5 minutes

  1. 01Power on the MAG and go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  2. 02Reply to your activation email with your MAG MAC address (Settings → System Info).
  3. 03We'll attach your line to that MAC and email you a Portal URL.
  4. 04Enter the Portal URL in Portal 1, save, and reboot the MAG.
  5. 05The full channel list and EPG will load on startup.

Enigma2 (Vu+, Zgemma, Dreambox)

App: OScam / xtream-editor · ~10 minutes

  1. 01Enable FTP/Telnet on your Enigma2 box.
  2. 02Use the Xtream Editor or our provided bouquet file to generate userbouquets.
  3. 03Upload the bouquet files to /etc/enigma2/ via FTP.
  4. 04From the remote: Menu → Settings → Reload Settings.
  5. 05Your IPTV bouquets will appear alongside your satellite channels.

Windows / macOS

App: VLC, OTT Navigator (Windows), or IPTV Smarters Desktop · ~3 minutes

  1. 01Install VLC or IPTV Smarters Desktop.
  2. 02In VLC: Media → Open Network Stream → paste the M3U URL from your email → Play.
  3. 03In Smarters Desktop: choose Xtream Codes API and enter Username, Password, Server URL.
  4. 04Streams will play in 4K / FHD depending on your connection.

Android Phone / Tablet

App: IPTV Smarters Pro or XCIPTV · ~3 minutes

  1. 01Install 'IPTV Smarters Pro' from the Play Store.
  2. 02Open the app → Add New User → Login with Xtream Codes API.
  3. 03Enter the credentials from your activation email.
  4. 04Tap Add User to load your channels and EPG.

Router / VPN (optional)

App: Any IPTV app · ~Varies

  1. 01If your ISP throttles streaming, install a VPN on your router (NordVPN, Surfshark, IPVanish).
  2. 02Connect to a server in a country close to your billing address.
  3. 03All devices on the network will tunnel automatically — no per-device setup needed.
