How do I fix an EPG that shows 'no information' on every channel?

The EPG URL is either wrong, expired, or in the wrong format for your player. Re‑paste the XMLTV/EPG URL from your provider, set the correct timezone in the player, and force an EPG refresh. Some players cache a broken EPG for 24 hours — clear cache or reinstall.

TiviMate or IPTV Smarters says 'invalid credentials' — what's wrong?

Almost always the Xtream Codes host, username or password was typed with a stray space or the wrong port. Copy‑paste from your provider's email (don't type), confirm the port (usually 80 or 8080), and check the subscription hasn't expired.

My Firestick worked yesterday and today nothing loads. What changed?

Fire OS often auto‑updates overnight. Reboot the Firestick, clear the player's cache, and if a fresh update broke playback, try an older APK of your player. Also check your provider's server status — outages are common on weekends.
