EPG
An EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) is what turns a bare channel list into a proper TV grid. Most EPG problems come down to a mismatched XMLTV source, wrong timezone, or a player that isn't refreshing the guide often enough. Post your player, EPG URL format and a screenshot of what's wrong.
Common epg problems
